General Background
AICPA’s Volunteer Central website provides information on the nearly 200 AICPA volunteer
groups and approximately 2,500 volunteers. For those individuals who login to this site
additional services such as the ability to apply to be on a volunteer group,
to view the status of your application at any time, the ability to enter your
resume and indicate your business skills, as well as other services are available.
Volunteers serve on the Institute’s governing Council, Board of Directors, Committees,
Subcommittees, Expert Panels, Resource Panels, Quality Centers, Boards, and Task Forces.
You can locate a volunteer group by selecting one of the major categories to the
left. If you are unaware in which category a volunteer group may reside you
can search for the group by any portion of the group’s title (upper left of screen).
To locate a specific volunteer you can search for the individual by any
combination of their last and first name (top of screen).
